Customer/Member Status
Everyone joins the iCB community as a Customer. You can either become a Customer with a pathway to become an IBO (Participate in the referral reward system) or you can join as a Customer Only with no pathway to become an IBO (Independent Business Owner).
You can become a Customer by purchasing any of our products or services as a paying Customer or if you do not want to purchase a product or a service, you can setup a “Customer Only” shopping portal for free by clicking here, or you can setup a “Customer with a pathway to become an IBO” shopping portal for only $10 by clicking here.
If you choose to join as a Customer with a pathway to becoming an IBO, you will be classified as a Member. A Member is still a Customer.
The Customer/Member is classified as an Active Customer/Member when they have purchased a product or a service that generates at least 1.00 BV within the last 30-days.
A Member can receive Fast Start and Referral commissions on the different product purchases that are made by their personally referred Active Customers/Members. The Member is NOT required to be an Active Member to receive the referral commissions. (See Fast Start and Uni-level Payout Section)
Active Members will accumulate BV (Business Volume) for Team Commissions that are assigned to the purchases that are made by the people who are placed in the Member’s binary through unlimited levels of depth, regardless of who placed them in their binary. (See Team Commissions Section)
Active Members are still deemed to be a Customer. An Active Member is deemed to be an IBO when they have personally referred an Active Customer/Member to the iCB program.
Fast Start Commissions
The Referring IBO will earn a Fast Start commission on every new customer that joins the iCBwellness program by purchasing a product. The amount of the Fast Start is unique to each item in the iCBwellness product mix. (See payout schedules below).
Please note: since the iZeePulse is a onetime purchase, there is no Fast Start. Instead of paying a Fast Start, we allocate a Training Bonus to the upline Certified iZeePulse IBO (See payout schedules below).
Uni-Level Commissions
As a Member of iCB you can earn Cash Commissions on the purchases that are made by all Customers/Members in your personal enrollment organization through 7 levels based on the number of personally sponsored active customers you have referred. (See chart to the right)
There is no personal volume requirement to earn commissions on your personally referred Customers. But there is a personal volume requirement to earn commissions on the customers in depth of your personal enrollment organization. There is a 3 BV personal volume requirement to earn commissions on the customers in your 2nd and 3rd levels of depth, a 6 BV personal volume requirement to earn commissions on the customers in your 4th and 5th levels of depth, and there is a 12 BV personal volume requirement to earn commissions on the customers in your 6th and 7th levels of depth. (See payout schedule below for BV allocation)
And these commissions are compressed, so this could be huge!
We Pay Fast Start & Uni-Level Commissions In Real Time
All fast start and unilevel commissions earned from the sale of products and service in the IBO’s personal enrollment organization will be deposited in the IBO’s eWallet at the time the sales is made. (The system syncs every hour) The Member can request a withdrawal from their eWallet at anytime or if the Member’s eWallet accumulates over $300 above their monthly subscription fee, they can opt to have those funds distributed to the Member based on their predetermined reimbursement preference.
Binary Team Building Program
When you join iCB, in addition to having your personal enrollment organization, we’ll also give you two teams that you can place your personal enrollees in. You’ll be able to earn team commissions or what we call cycle bonuses based on the BV that is generated in your two teams through unlimited levels of depth.Now this is very exciting because this offers you a way to make money on all of the people who join your organization through unlimited levels, not just down to your 7th level.
Active Members and above will accumulate BV on the purchases that are made by people placed in their (2) teams. But only Qualified IBOs will earn the cycle bonus that are generated in the Binary Team Program. (See payout schedule below for BV allocation)
Qualified IBO
This is where the fun begins and this is where you want to get to ASAP!
As a Commission Qualified IBO (An Active Member who has personally enrolled at least 2 Active Members and you have placed at least one of the Active Members in each of your binary teams), you have positioned yourself to make money in the binary comp plan. And by working with your business support team, anyone can accomplish this.
Get with your upline Builder to strategize on how to get the ball rolling.
As a Qualified IBO, you are now participating in the iClub BIZ Binary Team Building comp plan and you can start to earn team commissions based on the volume that is generated through unlimited levels of depth, based on your rank.

Team Commissions/Cycle Bonuses
Every Sunday night at midnight (US Pacific Time) our system will total all of the BV that has been accumulated in each of the IBO’s Binary Teams and pay the Qualified IBO a Cycle Bonus that is equal to $12.50 for every 75 BV that has accumulated in each team, based on their Rank. (See payout schedule below for BV allocation)
After the cycle bonus has been awarded, the computer will subtract 75 BV from each team based on qualified cycles that were generated. Any remaining BV will be held over until the next week.
The Binary Team Commissions (Cycle Bonuses) are added to the IBO’s eWallet at the conclusion of the week.
The max weekly Cycle Bonus Earnings to all IBOs are paid out based on the “IBO Rank” and personal purchases as shown below. (See chart for Rank Requirements)
Team Match (Matching Cycle Bonuses)
To further reward our IBO leaders, we have created the Team Match program. This program allows you to earn a percentage match on the Cycle Bonuses paid to the IBOs you personally sponsor, the IBOs they personally sponsor and so on…up to five generations of leaders (Producer Qualifiers) in your personal enrollment tree. As your Rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Team Match.
You may earn a Team Match not only on Producers and up found in each of your personal enrollment tree legs, but also on IBOs at the Qualified, Director and Builder Rank as well. A generation ends when a qualified leader (Producer and above) is found, regardless of the depth. The Team Match has unlimited width. Therefore, in order to maximize your income, you should strive to continue advancing to higher leadership levels as well as personally sponsoring more Members, thereby creating more personal enrollment tree legs on which you can earn a Team Matching Bonus.
And since we are paying out a 70% match and since the Matching Bonuses are compressed, the Matching Bonuses could make you more money than any other part of the referral reward system.
Additional Business Center
All IBOs that maintain the rank of Executive for 3 consecutive months will be offered an additional business center. This center is placed above their existing center, thus providing these elite IBOs with an opportunity to add to their income with one leg of their Cycle Bonus already established. To earn income on your additional business center, you must maintain the paid-as rank of Achiever (or above) in your original center.
Holding Tank
The Holding Tank allows the IBO to strategically build their organization. If the IBO chooses the Holding Tank Option, their Personally Sponsored Members/Customers do not automatically get placed in the team. They will go to a holding tank for up to 7 days. During this 7 days the Sponsor can strategically place their new Member/Customer anywhere they want in their team.
This Holding Tank also allows the IBO to assign a new sponsor for the Member/Customer too!
Getting Paid
All commissions (FAST START COMMISSIONS – UNI-LEVEL COMMISSIONS – BINARY BONUSES – MATCHING BONUSES) are deposited into your eWallet.
You can request a check from your back office at anytime. We send out checks 4 to 5 business days after the request. (This is to cover any cancellations or refunds.) If there is a refund, the amount of the withdrawal will be adjusted to cover the refund. If the Member’s eWallet accumulates over $300 above their monthly subscription fee, they can opt to have those funds distributed to the Member based on their predetermined reimbursement preference. (This is setup in the iCB back office)
Payout Schedule
An Independent Business Owner’s (IBO) success in building an iCB business depends in great part upon his or her skills, efforts, dedication, desire and motivation.
Becoming an IBO is NOT a guarantee of income.
Average income from the iCB compensation system has not been established.
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING TO BECOME AN IBO
You can join iClub BIZ as a customer with a pathway to becoming an IBO without making a product purchase by paying a onetime $10 fee which gives you a customer position that has a pathway to becoming an IBO.
Should you be a customer? Absolutely… and we hope you do too, but you are not required to purchase a product become an IBO.
